Ann Godi, CMP is President of Benchmarc360°, Inc. a conference, event and association management company based in Atlanta. Ann founded Benchmarc360° in 1991, and is responsible for the strategic vision and global scope of the company.

Under her direction, the company has become a leader in managing conferences, meetings, and events for Fortune 500 companies as well as national and regional associations. Two additional company business units of note are Guidelines-Atlanta and Guidelines-Chattanooga, destination management companies which provide full-service association management services.

Terry Dougherty, CMP
Director

Terry Dougherty, CMP is responsible for the overall planning and implementation of conferences and events for corporate and association clients. She brings over 25 years of industry experience working with both association and corporate meetings. She has worked with a variety of organizations including Bristol-Myers Squibb, Aventis, the Refrigerated Foods Association and Certified Pest Control Operators. She was responsible for conference promotions, tradeshows, meeting management, administration and communications. Terry has a degree in Accounting and received her CMP (Certified Meeting Professional) designation in 1994.

Terry has been featured in Connections, an industry publication and has been an active member of Georgia Society of Association Executives (GSAE) serving on several committees and chairing a Small Interest Group. She was recognized as one of GSAE's 90 Movers and Shakers, and was awarded the Stephen Styron Award in November 2008. She was a speaker at Meeting Professional International-Georgia Chapter (GaMPI) 2006 Annual conference, GSAE 2007 Annual Conference and Florida Society of Association Executives 2008 Annual Conference.

Previously she served on the Board and the Executive Committee of Meeting Professional International-Georgia Chapter.

Rachell Goad, CMP, CME, CMMM
Director

Rachell Goad, CMP, CME, CMMM is responsible for strategic development & operational management of various client programs including conferences and meetings. She manages a team that is responsible for conference management and collateral.

Her industry experience spans over twenty-five years and includes a variety of corporations and associations including Murata Electronics and The Asian American Hotel Owners Association (AAHOA). At Murata she was responsible for establishing marketing plans, for space advertisement, collateral materials and trade shows. She led a team that conducted field training programs on communications, promotions and exhibits.
